Desktop Alerts - Upgrade
Upgrade your desktop alert by using the following instructions:
A: Remove existing alert from your system:
- Click on the Desktop Alerts icon on the bottom right of your PC and press QUIT
- Go to your C drive, Program Files and delete the folder All Blacks Desktop Alert
B: Add new alert to your system:
- Open the following ZIP file - AllBlacksDesktopAlerts.zip and install by following the instructions.
This should be as easy as opening the file, accepting the terms and conditions and clicking through the screens.

Download and Install
Downloading Desktop Alerts couldn't be easier - just click on the 'Download' button below. Select "Save" and save the file to your Desktop.
- Ensure all previous versions of the Desktop Alerts Application are closed.
- Go to your Desktop and open the 'AllBlacksDesktopAlerts.zip' file.
- Double click on the Setup.exe file to start the install process.
- Click through the "Next" screens (please make sure the tick box for creating a desktop icon is ticked) - and that's it!
Desktop Alerts is very small and won't affect the performance of your computer. It should take less than 5 minutes to download on a 56k modem.
About Desktop Alerts
There's no need to register for Desktop Alerts, it won't invade your privacy or spread any viruses. Desktop Alerts will not pester you all the time, it only appears when allblacks.com has a story we think you would like to hear. If Desktop Alerts does become too much for you, it can be turned off by right-clicking the icon in your System Tray and selecting 'Quit'.
Desktop Alerts is intended for use on Microsoft Windows based PCs.
Uninstalling
If you decide Desktop Alerts is not for you, uninstalling is a simple and painless process - no files are left behind to clutter up your computer.
- Make sure Desktop Alerts is no longer running. To do this right click on the Desktop Alerts icon in your System Tray (the right hand end of your Windows Taskbar) and select QUIT.
- Then open up the 'All Blacks Desktop Alerts' Start Menu folder and select All Blacks Desktop Alerts Uninstall.
That's it. The All Blacks Desktop Alerts application will have been completely uninstalled.
